Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code at their table and open the menu in their phone’s browser. They can browse, customize and place an order without an account.
What does my team need?
An internet-connected phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Owners manage the menu and tables, while kitchen staff get a focused preparation queue.
Can we keep accepting payments at the counter?
Yes. Guests can select pay at counter, and an authorized team member confirms payment in the workspace. Online payments through the restaurant’s own Cashfree account are optional.
Can I change the menu during service?
Yes. You can update prices, mark a dish unavailable and change modifier options. The server checks the current menu and confirms the total before accepting an order.
How do I set up a restaurant?
Restaurant workspaces are provisioned by the platform administrator. Once your owner account is ready, sign in, add your menu and tables, download your QR codes and invite your team.
Does it work without internet?
Guests and staff need internet access. When a live connection drops, order pages periodically refresh the saved server state and provide a recovery path.
